September Activity Report

From AC Secretary Maurine Huang:

At the September 4, 2025 meeting of the Bethany AC, the following matters were discussed, decided, and/or voted on:

  1. Following up on AC members’ desire to attend Bethany on a rotating basis, two members reported that they had visited, and three indicated plans to do so.

  2. We confirmed the importance of continuing to meet with members of Bethany, along with leaders of SSIP and Grace Presbyterian Church.

  3. We continued our conversations with members of Bethany.

  4. In consultation with Ron Carlsen, we approved the bid from Tree Tech Services to trim the trees. SSIP is authorized to seek reimbursement of 50% from Bethany after full payment to Tree Tech Services.

  5. We will seek an update on the fire safety re-inspection.

  6. We are continuing to confer with Ron Carlsen and SSIP regarding the question of the fence.

  7. We are continuing to try to understand Bethany’s finances.

  8. We will request, on a monthly basis, financial reports.

  9. Our next meeting was set for October 2.
