Rev. Jesse Larson led today’s service, which observed Transfiguration Sunday—when Jesus revealed himself to the disciples upon a mountaintop.
Nonperishable foods for the SSIP Food Closet were collected, as today was also the “Souper Bowl of Caring.” A soup luncheon took place following the worship service.
Natalya Amelchenko Guerrero presented several musical arrangements and accompanied soloist Barbara Greene, who sang the anthem “He.”
