At the January 25th annual congregational meeting, Bethany’s Administrative Commission presented a balanced budget for the 2026 year and reported on progress. The AC has been working with our congregation for nearly one year to help in our transition time without a pastor. Virtually all paid positions have been replaced by volunteers in the interim, with a rotation of guest pastors and speakers filling the pulpit on Sundays.
We give thanks for the leadership provided by members of Bethany’s AC, who include: Maurine Huang (Parkview Presbyterian Church), Ron Johnson (Federated Church Placerville), Rev. Dexter McNamara (Elk Grove Presbyterian), Dave Studer (Carmichael Presbyterian Church) and William Yee (Parkview Presbyterian).
