At the November 3 worship service, Bethany observed All Saints Day, when the lives of the “saints” in our lives—from all times and places—were honored. Ordination candidate Amanda Anderson, who officiated at the service, read a special All Saints Day prayer and presented a message entitled “We Walk This Path Together.” Everyone came forward to come forward to light candles in memory of deceased loved ones.
Following the service, displays of photos and memorabilia were presented by Bethany family and friends in the Social Hall on special memorial tables—including a special “St. Francis” area for beloved pets.
