June Activity Report

At its June 4, 2026 meeting of the Bethany AC, the following matters were discussed, decided, and/or voted on:

  1. We received and approved the financial statements for April 2026.

  2. We adopted the commonly used Policy Statement for Ethical Conduct for Bethany.

  3. We authorized a properly notarized Termination of Memorandum of Lease, which addresses a Memorandum of Lease notice prematurely filed by SSIP.

  4. We authorized changing the telephone number on the sign in front of Bethany to the church telephone number and will direct Bethany Property and Finance to follow up regarding any inquiries regarding facility use.

  5. We accepted confirmation of membership transfer of Marcie Hettenbach from Bethany Presbyterian Church to Faith Presbyterian Church effective March 21, 2026.

  6. We accepted Steve Leibrock into membership at Bethany effective June 4, 2026.

  7. We learned that the status regarding facility use by the Seventh Day Adventist group has not been presented clearly to us, and will follow up.
