Elder Jim Guida led today’s worship service. In addition to presenting a children’s message, he delivered a sermon entitled “Are We Entranced by the Entrance?” based on John 14:1-7. Debbie Leibrock served as liturgist. Steve Leibrock was welcomed as a new member of the congregation under the leadership of Rev. David Antonson.
Elder Barbara Greene introduced (in absentia) those in our extended church family who have recently graduated and led the congregation in a prayer of blessing. Graduates recognized were: Becky Kingsbury, receiving a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Hawaii Pacific University … Kylie Casey, awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University … and Stirlin Casey, graduate of Morrison High School in Oklahoma. Congrats, grads!
Barbara Greene presented a stirring rendition of “Somebody Bigger Than You or I” on the piano.
