Laura Anderson led today’s service, which observed the third Sunday in Lent. Her message was titled “The Question Beneath the Quarrel.” Scripture readings included Romans 5:1-11 and Exodus 17:1-17. Tom Uhrhammer served as liturgist.
As part of her sermon, Laura carried a glass bowl around the sanctuary and asked attendees to dab themselves with a drop of water—signifying the remembrance of baptism.
