Elder Pat Terry led today’s service, presenting a message entitled “Missing the Forest for the Trees.” Tom Uhrhammer served as liturgist. Scripture readings included Lamentations 3: 19-26 and John 10: 38-42.
Today—in concert with Christians around the globe—we observed World Communion Sunday. Many thanks to everyone who brought items for display representing our various cultures, family traditions and origins.
Communion was served and the monthly collection of nonperishable goods for the SSIP Food Closet was accepted.
