The second annual Trunk or Treat is happening Sunday, October 29, from 3-5 p.m., at Bethany Presbyterian Church/Grace Community Church (site of the SSIP Food Closet).

2022’s Trunk or Treat event drew more than 1,500 children and parents from throughout the Sacramento area. Free activities for kids (including free books) were offered, as well as a fun array of “trick or treat” visits to specially decorated cars in the Bethany/Grace Church parking lot. Families reported how welcomed they felt and were so happy to have a safe “daylight” Halloween event for their costumed children to attend.
You can be part of the 2023 Trunk or Treat! We can use volunteers to help make crafts with children, supervise the bounce house, act as greeters/parking lot liaison, and more.
