Mark your calendar and reserve your place for Bethany’s annual Friends and Family Retreat, happening the weekend of August 12-14 at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center. This year’s theme—Isaiah in the Coffeehouse—will help us understand and experience the re-telling of the prophet Isaiah’s beautiful messages that continue, thousands of years later, to fill people with hope and joy. The retreat will be led by the Rev. Judy Davis, founder of The Gathering storytelling ministry.
Church membership is not required. Ride-sharing is available. Participation costs (below) cover lodging (double-occupancy) in hotel-style accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights, meals, and your retreat materials.
Participation costs::
Adult (in a shared room) $185/person
Youth sharing a room with parent or another youth $95/person
Child (ages 4-12) sharing room with parent(s) $50/child
To reserve your space, a $50/person deposit is due by June 12 with the remainder of your payment due July 17. Some scholarship funds are available; please contact Rev. Judy Davis if you are in need of financial aid.
