When you come to church Sunday, November 14, wear or bring your walking shoes and dress for the weather!

We’ll be taking a nature walk at the Cosumnes River Preserve starting around 1 p.m., ending at whatever time you choose!

Meet in the south parking lot of the church at 12:15 p.m. or at the preserve itself. Look for the white Mitsubishi Outlander with the Bethany sign on it. We’ll have a sign-in sheet and a keepsake “Bethany race bib” for you to pin to your jacket. DRIVING DIRECTIONS. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on trails.

This walk is one way to raise awareness of the SSIP Food Closet, located at Bethany, and its ministry to feed the hungry … and your participation can help raise funds for the Food Closet.

There will be containers for people in the congregation to sponsor you with monetary donations to the Bring your spare change to toss in the container!
