A special congregational meeting has been called for Sunday, April 28, immediately following the worship service (approx. 11:30 a.m.) At the meeting, the motion to dissolve the pastoral call between Rev. Jesse Larson and Bethany Presbyterian Church will be voted on. This step is regretfully being undertaken due to financial constraints facing Bethany. Presiding over the meeting will be Rev. Rick Hull, chair of the Presbytery Administrative Commission, and elder Barbara Greene, Bethany’s representative to the AC. Following the meeting, a time of celebration and thanks for Rev. Jesse’s four years of service to Bethany will take place in the Social Hall.
