Nov. 8, 2020 “Drive-Through” Celebrating Howard McMackin’s 90th Birthday

In lieu of a traditional birthday party—cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic—a “drive-by” celebration was held in the church parking lot November 8, 2020, to honor Bethany member Howard McMackin, Many Bethany members and friends, as well as McMackin family and friends, drove through with birthday cards and best wishes to Howard on his 90th birthday. This spirited “safely social-distanced” celebration, highlighted by festive noisemakers and signs, was organized by his family with the assistance of Bethany Fellowship Commission volunteers.
