Foolish Fun on April One • April 1, 2023

Eleven Bethany members gathered at Barrio Cafe on April Fool’s Day to experience a morning of silliness. The all-ages group crafted paper fish for use as “poisson d’avril” (the French expression for April Fool trick)—the ideal being that one sticks a fish on a friend’s back without his/her knowledge. Pastries and conversation were enjoyed, along with paper-and-pencil games, and everyone went home with his or her own whoopee cushion!
